Processing Time
All decals are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Shipping Time
Delivery usually takes 1–4 business days depending on location within the UAE. Shipping times are estimates and may vary.

Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery orders will be confirmed before shipping. Orders may be cancelled if confirmation is not received.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or shown before order confirmation.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delays
We are not responsible for courier delays, weather disruptions, or circumstances outside our control once the order has been shipped.

Tracking information will be provided when available after the order is dispatched.
