All decals are custom-made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
We only offer replacements in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged

The wrong design was sent

The item has a manufacturing defect
To request a replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Incorrect logo, color, size, style - chosen by the customer

Change of mind after ordering

Minor color differences due to screen/printing variations
