Refund Policy

All decals are custom-made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

We only offer replacements in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong design was sent

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

To request a replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Incorrect logo, color, size, style - chosen by the customer

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Installation mistakes

  • Minor color differences due to screen/printing variations
